There is nothing quite as delicious as a slice of moist banana bread on a crisp fall day. That is why I was so excited to see that Cooking Light dedicated a whole section to many different varieties of the bread. The recipes range from the original to banana fosters bread.

This is the perfect recipe for this time of year. Banana bread is super easy to make and looks so cute in individual little loaves. Not only could you bake-up a few of these breads and fill the house with wonderful smells but you could make a couple extra batches and freeze them. Then every time you are running out of the house for a sporting event or visiting the pumpkin patch you have a healthy, delicious snack that everyone will appreciate.
