Lollipop-Lollipop

Recently, many of the trendy restaurants have started serving homemade lollipops in fun flavors in lieu of the after dinner mint. Some of the flavors include: three pepper and fennel, basil and vanilla and ginger. Since Hip Hostess hasn't yet mastered the art of lollipop making we decided to give you an alternative for your next gathering.

Gin and Tonic is a classic cocktail that is great as a refreshing, summer cooler. Look for a lime flavored green lollipop to not only punch up the visual but add a little burst of flavor.

Gin and Tonic
4-5 cubes made with tonic water
3 oz. gin (spring for the good stuff as it makes a big difference)
4 oz. tonic water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Place tonic cubes in glass. Add gin, tonic and juice. Stir and enjoy!
