As a regular Blue Print Cleanse person, I have become crazy addicted to Juice Number 6...aka Cashew Nut Milk. It is dairy free, packed full of protein, and tastes like a milk shake. What isn't to love?
But when I am not on my cleanse, I often crave this healthy delicious treat. Which is why I totally squealed with delight when I found an old link to Joy the Baker's recipe for Cashew Oat Milk.
I had no idea how easy this would be to make. And her addition of oats sound so tasty that I simply can't wait to give this a try over the weekend!
