Spring and Summer are synonomous with barbeques, roof-top parties, and picnics. Alain Milliat has a line of beautifully-packaged fruit nectars that are so packed with flavor that you would swear you are tasting a jam or preseve instead of juice. Because they are so highly concentrated, all you need is a tablespoon or two added to a glass of sparkling water to create a sophisticated and refreshing non-alcoholic drink.
