It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere

Spring is in the air AND it's a Monday which calls for a celebratory lunch cocktail.  I think this Minted Marrakesh is the perfect refreshment.  Looks and tastes delicious!  I'm going to pair it with a simple salad and sit back and savor the indulgence.
