Movie Night: Cinema Paradiso

I'm going for round two of classic movie night.  This time I am choosing an Italian classic...basically because I wanted to make chicken florentine pizza.  But before we get to the main course, I should start with some fresh greens and maybe a little tomato and mozzarella.  Can't wait.
