What a holiday cake!

Look at those cute little trees on top of that cake.  I think this is adorable and the perfect holiday dessert.  Freutcake gives a step by step tutorial on the whole cake.  However, I like the fact that if you don't have any time or frankly any cake pans (thinking of small NY apartments) you could buy the cake from a bakery and just add your personal touch.  I love a great "wow" factor with minimal work.
