Baked Radish Chips

Recipe.

I have serious affection for radishes, but recently found out that most people don’t have the same love. This recipe might just change your mind. First we brought you kale chips as a healthy snack and now why not add radish chips to your baking list.

They are plentiful at this time of year, inexpensive and have practically no calories. Three of my favorite things! I have a batch in the oven now and plan on munching on a bowl full of radish chips while I watch The Next Three Days this evening. Sorry popcorn…you’re staying on the shelf tonight.

I love this idea! I am a radish lover too (love as a replacement for tortilla chips with guac and salsa).

Thanks for this. I just made a small batch of pickled radishes and posted the recipe. I was so surprised at how delicious they are. Especially since I don't really like radishes either. I will definitely have to give these baked chips a try. Thanks!
